Good Communication skills.
Good Technical skills.
Practical knowledge is must.
You should ready for system test.
Your attitude also very important.

These are the key skills for those who are interested in IT industry as a Software Engineer.

So friends please try improve your in all the aspects then you will get job.

Finally my last but not least suggestion for candidates is keep going for interviews then only you can get job easily.
